About Downtown Cosgrove’s and the culture that defines our menus…

Owners Peter Cosgrove & Steph Peoples opened Downtown Cosgrove’s in the Fall of 2023 to create a much needed space to celebrate BREAKFAST thru LUNCH with an amazing offering of sweet and savory creating deliciously fun and thoughtfully crafted menus using only natural and organic ingredients.

We are both Vegan & Kid friendly with a wonderful selection of vegetarian options using fresh all natural ingredients and a delightful selection of all the kids favorites.

Located in Scranton, Pennsylvania at the center of The Marketplace at Steamtown, we are directly across from The Electric City Aquarium and adjacent to the Starbucks by the Lackawanna Avenue exit.
